THE 1st basic thing under consideration about an economy, is here [we are going to]… [edit, as follows:]

we must… include everyone. I think this is very basic. It could be the foundation of the entire research project. How would one set up this economy? Is there a way to do that, so it functions, and yet also has a way of blocking people, should they have a negative reaction? That, it seems to me, would be a legitimate challenge.
