Is there anything to study?

The secret of economics is that everyone is irrational, this economist says. But in daying this, he is simply turning things the opposite way, to change what the others are already saying. That is not very smart — at all!

It is a dense problem. Why would anyone want to study economics? People like Richard Thaler are so silly, that you can Google “silly economist” and get a result. It is outrageous. Is this is wisdom? Economic wisdom of some kind?

Anyhow, what exactly is there to study, about economics? This can be a dense, opaque problem. Let’s look at the case for no study.
